• 2 Love-themed poems: (Modern forms/free verse preferred; max. • 25 lines per poem, Times New Roman 12, single spaced).
• Short literary bio: (Max. 5 lines).
• High-resolution photo: (For publication in the yearbook).
TERMS & DETAILS
• For International Authors: Submissions and bios must be sent in English.
• Expert Editing: The project is led by Magdalena A. Kapuścińska – author of 15 books (including bilingual titles like “The Song of the Night” & “Take it easy, it’s just a… poem”), editor of nearly 200 publications, and an expert in poetic translation.
• Copyright: Authors retain full copyright of their work, granting the Foundation a non-exclusive license for the 2026 publication.

PARTICIPATION FEE

• Shipping Note: The participation fee does not include shipping costs for the 10 copies. Shipping fees are determined individually based on the destination country and selected delivery option.
• Process: Submissions are reviewed on an ongoing basis. Payment is required only after your work has been officially accepted for publication.
